From 3 December 2023 to 26 February 2024, our Sushi Chef Luca Visconti will prepare the Japanese classic for you. He received the bronze "Certificate of Ministry of Agriculture and Fishing of Japan for Japanese Cuisine" and has worked at the Michelin-starred "Hakkoku" in Ginza Tokyo and in various stations in Milan. His knowledge, skills and intuition provide you with varied sushi creations with his own influence.
