Meditation Retreat

Nature is turning her thoughts to winter and retreating to the peace and solitude beneath the soil, communing internally to regenerate and draw new strength. Then - in spring - to grow again, stronger and revitalised, to unfurl and bloom.

The connections between inner and outer, peace and movement are essential for our lives. We use meditation and looking inwards to train the conscious control of our attention, practise accessing our body’s energy to achieve an expansion of awareness.

In the Retreat, we work on channelling attention to different body areas and energy centres, breathing exercises, inner principles and visualisations. The seated meditations are balanced with brief sequences of movements. In these days we thus develop a deep collection of our energies and enter a state of mindfulness that nourishes us from the inside out, revitalises us and brings us joy.

The Retreat will be held from 28 November to 01 December 2024 (in German only).

* The training units take place at 08:00, 11:00 and 17:00. It is also possible only to join the morning or evening meditations at 08:00 or 17:00. Each training unit consists of seated meditation balanced with movement. 

** Programmes are subject to change. Explanations are provided at the beginning of the retreat. All meals can be taken as a group on request. There is time each afternoon for wellness, excursions, massages and treatments in the hotel.
