Mobility and relaxation retreat

Your conscious start into a more active, mobile and intense life at the BEATUS Wellness- & Spa-Hotel, located at the energy centre of Merligen, Lake Thun.
Get to know your own body and mind better and help them work together as a unit. Discover your mobility, mindfulness in daily life and take the first steps to a healthier everyday with Dominik Barkow, the coach from MyBodyMind.  

The retreat will be held in German.

The retreat under the "Moving body and relaxed mind" will take place from 13 November to 16 November 2022.

I had chronic pain for over a decade, with recurring problems in nearly all my joints. From the Achilles tendon to the knee, in the lower back, shoulders, neck and even wrists. I was also troubled by chronic food intolerances, dizziness and fatigue. Today I am fitter and more vital than I have ever been and I want to share my knowledge with whole-body coaching. I will help you to become mobile and strong, concentrated and efficient - but relaxed as well.
