The "Orangerie Restaurant & Bar" awaits you with a balanced, market-fresh cuisine. This consists of products that Tim Adolphs and his kitchen crew have carefully selected, primarily from regional producers. For example, the delicious whitefish comes directly from Lake Thun and the fine trout from the neighbouring village of Sigriswil.

The natural Alpine-Mediterranean cuisine presents a variety of fresh, healthy and tasty meals. As a Guest, you can also enjoy vegetarian and vegan delicacies, as well as our meat and fish dishes. Naturally, we also include gluten-free and lactose-free dishes in our repertoire.
