The culinary offer of the BEATUS Wellness- & Spa-Hotel is as diverse as the surroundings of the hotel itself. The BEATUS cuisine, from breakfast to dinner, can be enjoyed on a completely vegan basis. In this menu line, we do not use highly processed products, but cook exclusively with fresh food.
Discover the immense variety of cold and hot dishes to guarantee you a balanced diet every day. There’s pastries and breads, gluten-free cornflakes, lactose-free yoghurt, fruit salad, muesli, freshly pressed juices, a selection of cheeses from near and far, cold cuts, egg dishes, smoked salmon, crispy bacon and tomatoes, just to name a few. CHF 39.- per person.
The à la carte restaurant “Orangerie Restaurant & Bar” serves balanced, market-fresh and alpine-mediterranean cuisine. This consists of products that Tim Adolphs and his kitchen crew have carefully selected, primarily from regional producers. For example, the delicious whitefish comes directly from Lake Thun and the fine trout from the neighbouring village of Sigriswil.
