Using a lot of coconut oil helps to relieve tension and any energy blockages with this traditional Hawaiian full-body massage technique.
For this treatment, the therapist will use their hands and entire lower arm, including the elbows, in flowing and slightly rocking movements. The flowing movements come into contact with large areas of the body thereby stimulating the body’s immune system, generating a sense of deep relaxation and well-being.
