«Yoga Retreat on Lake Thun»

From 7 to 10 November 2024. 

Arrive, immerse yourself and breathe freely, right on the shores of Lake Thun. Moments of peace and contemplation are balanced with novelty and excitement in a supreme natural setting.

The yoga lessons explore the diversity of being and of yoga itself. Morning flow yoga activates and wakes your body and the unique moon flow yoga nourishes the quiet side within you. Apart from the physical level, we also use Pranayama and meditation to explore the ethereal level, establishing a relaxing unity. Body, mind and soul are regenerated, brought into harmony and nourished, helping you reach your centre.

The BEATUS Wellness & Spa Hotel is waiting to spoil you with unique culinary offerings, a beautiful wellness area and friendly hospitality.
