Our wellness oasis offers 2000 square meters of relaxation. Discover our two sauna areas and cool off in the plunge pool or in Lake Thun.
A sauna session thrives on contrast. In the Classic sauna area, you will find three steam baths with different aromas, a sanarium and a classic Finnish sauna. There is also a plunge pool and, last but not least, the lake. Our sauna masters surprise you daily with a variety of infusions and peelings.
Weekdays from 14 to 21.30 hrs
Ladies' sauna: Thursdays and Sundays from 12 to 14 o'clock
Use of the Classic sauna area is included in the room price.
Our sauna area is a mixed nude zone. For reasons of hygiene, swimwear is not permitted in the sauna area. Young people between the ages of 16 and 18 may use the sauna area if accompanied by an adult.
Infusions every hour between 4.45 p.m. and 7.45 p.m. in the Finnicum outdoor sauna
Peelings daily at 6.15 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays additionally at 7.15 p.m. in the Aeris steam bath

The mild sanarium is easy on the circulation.
The infusions take place in the classic Arvensauna with panoramic windows overlooking the lake.

The furnishings of the Bamboo sauna area are inspired by Asia. Relax in the hot Zen sauna, the mild Thai herbal sauna or a brine steam bath. The Bamboo sauna area is reserved for hotel guests.

At the La Santé vitality bar you can stock up on tea, juices, fruit and nuts at any time.
Automatic brine boosts are delivered regularly in the steam bath.
