The Hotel BEATUS becomes a wellness pioneer with its hotel sauna and constantly expands its range of services.

Heiner Lutz sells the BEATUS Wellness- & Spa-Hotel to his brother Jürg and his two sons Julian and Ambros.
2017
An underground parking garage with charging stations for electric cars is being built. The hotel's locking system is being completely digitalized.
2021
The Hotel BEATUS will have its own sandy beach and massage pavilion on the lakeshore.
2022
The lakewater heat pump is put into operation – a pioneering achievement in the industry. The restaurants are remodeled and a front cooking station and juice bar are set up.
2024
An investment of over CHF 3 million will bring comfort and freshness to the hotel: some rooms, bathrooms and the cosmetics department will be completely renovated, the lakeside terrace extended and the façade refurbished. New sofas, curtains and parquet floors give the rooms a calm, Mediterranean atmosphere.
