Grief retreat
In the retreat, grief is allowed to show itself in its full depth. You turn to your process and learn to accept your grief and strengthen your own resources. Grief is too heavy to carry alone. It can cause both physical and psychological pain and is often invisible to others. Grief does not always manifest itself immediately after a death - sometimes the process begins earlier and often much later.
