Stand-up paddle retreat with Steeve

Stand-up paddling is freedom just five meters from the shore. It’s that simple. That powerful. This retreat is an invitation to slow down, to breathe, and to rediscover the joy of gliding across the water – upright, grounded, present.

Through simple yet powerful tools, you will learn how to:

  • Tone and awaken your body

  • Adjust and refine your technique

  • Release unnecessary tension

  • Build confidence on the water

  • Return to the true essence of the practice

By the end of our time together, you won’t just improve your skills – you’ll feel more aligned, more fluid, more in tune with your abilities and your desires.

Our course leader

My name is Steeve Fleury. I discovered stand up paddle in 2007 – and it changed everything. What began as a sport became a way of life. I have competed in many races and have been crowned Swiss champion multiple times. Over time, I stepped away from competition to protect what matters most: keeping stand up paddle a lifelong passion. I live in Nyon by the lake that still inspires me every day – and it is here that I invite you to join me on the water.

Goals

This experience is not about performance. It is about presence.

You don’t need to be an expert. You only need curiosity and the desire to glide.

Day structure

Each day flows naturally and adapts to the energy and needs of the group. Mornings are for paddling – blending technique, sensation, and exploration. Afternoons may include a paddle session or land-based proprioception training under the trees. Throughout the retreat, we’ll share moments of reflection, theory, laughter, and connection.
