Through simple yet powerful tools, you will learn how to:

I have competed in many races and have been crowned Swiss champion multiple times. Over time, I stepped away from competition to protect what matters most: keeping stand up paddle a lifelong passion. I live in Nyon by the lake that still inspires me every day – and it is here that I invite you to join me on the water.

You don’t need to be an expert. You only need curiosity and the desire to glide.
Each day flows naturally and adapts to the energy and needs of the group. Mornings are for paddling – blending technique, sensation, and exploration. Afternoons may include a paddle session or land-based proprioception training under the trees. Throughout the retreat, we’ll share moments of reflection, theory, laughter, and connection.
