Sound, breath and conscious perception
This retreat combines breathwork, voice, and the intentional use of sound instruments. Rhythmic vibrations are not only heard but also physically perceived. Combined with mindful breathing, they can support relaxation and help regulate the nervous system.
The three days follow a structured sequence of practice, reflection, and application. The retreat is suitable for anyone interested – no prior experience is required. Participation is limited.
