Nature Retreat
Forest bathing is a Japanese form of therapy with a long tradition and enjoys worldwide popularity today. "Shinrin Yoku" translates as "immersion in the atmosphere of the forest". This Japanese form of therapy is also recognized by conventional medicine. The conscious perception of the smells and haptic environment of the forest leads to deep relaxation.
