The morning practice is more dynamic and active. We start the day with meditation and breathing exercises, followed by a gentle, flowing Hatha yoga sequence that strengthens, energizes, and detoxifies your body and mind.
The afternoon Somatic Yin Yoga session invites you to slow down, release tension, and bring lasting balance to your nervous system. Through mindful movements, subtle awareness exercises, and passive stretches, you’ll create space for regeneration, self-reflection, and deep relaxation.

In the afternoons, there is time for wellness activities, excursions, massages, and spa treatments at the hotel. All meals can be enjoyed together upon request.
Yin and Yang Yoga teaches how to balance body and mind. Yang represents the active, dynamic principle; Yin represents surrender and stillness. Dynamic movement sequences are alternated with static exercises.
Hatha Yoga It developed in India during the late Middle Ages from the philosophical and religious tradition of Tantrism. The classes include physical, breathing, and meditation exercises. Hatha Yoga forms the basis of most modern yoga traditions.
