Hatha yoga postures are practiced during the course, which are harmoniously combined with meditation and the sound of Tibetan singing bowls.

Our course management

Sophie D'Avenia is a certified Yoga Alliance teacher and founder of the Feel Good Yoga studio and academy. "I teach hatha yoga. The practice is intense, but with respect for the practitioner's abilities. My classes include breathing, bandhas, drishtis, pranayama and guided meditation."

  • You will get to know the term Prâna (life energy) and understand how you can maintain and increase your vitality

  • You practise different sequences of postures: from simple to challenging, according to your level and without injuring yourself in the process
