Our course management

Rebecca Jenny is a meditation and yoga teacher, energetic therapist and author with many years of experience in group, company and individual lessons. Her teaching style is influenced by various traditions and adapted to Western needs. "Even before I trained as a yoga teacher, I experienced meditation as the key to my personal happiness."

11 to 12 o'clock Workshop: How can I bring more mindfulness into my life?

8 to 9.30 a.m. Mindfulness and enjoyment in the moment at Solbad
9.30 a.m. Breakfast
11 to 12 o'clock Workshop: Intuition training, how can I connect more deeply with myself
12.30 p.m. Small lunch and cake
5 to 6.30 p.m. Integration of the day with meditation and gentle movements
7 p.m. Dinner including still water

Departure day
