We add natural brine to the outdoor pool, which is extracted from a depth of up to 400 meters in Schweizerhalle. The salinity is roughly the same as in the Mediterranean. Daily brine bathing stimulates the circulation and metabolism and strengthens the immune system. The water temperature of 35 degrees has a relaxing effect. Massage jets, a standing whirlpool and bubble loungers and benches provide a gentle massage.

Our indoor pool is fed by Merliger spring water and is eight meters wide and 16 meters long. The water temperature is a constant 29 degrees.

A sauna session thrives on contrast. In the Classic sauna area, you will find three steam baths with different aromas, a sanarium and a classic Finnish sauna. Our sauna masters surprise you daily with a variety of infusions and peelings. In the café in our wellness oasis, you can treat yourself to smoothies and light meals in between – all in the comfort of your bathrobe. 

Our fitness studio is equipped with the latest training equipment from TechnoGym. Whether biking, running, stepping, rowing or weight lifting – every part of the body can be trained here. On the fitness balcony you can train outdoors on bicycles, with dumbbells and on a training bench.
