In the retreat, you will learn to consciously generate positive emotions and reduce stress through heart coherence. The greater your coherence, the better the interaction between the autonomic nervous system and the psychological and physiological processes in the body.

Contents and times may vary. You will receive the exact program* at the beginning of the retreat or on request in advance. Explanations will follow at the beginning of the retreat.

5 p.m. Session: Understanding your own stress hormones and emotions
7 p.m. Dinner including still water

9.30 a.m. Session: Heart coherence and emotional map
12.30 p.m. Small lunch, then free time for wellness, hikes, etc.
5 p.m. Session: Energy chambers and self-care

9.30 a.m. Session: Inner balance for body, mind and soul

5 p.m. Session: Creating heart coherence and clarity
