Through meditation and introspection, we train ourselves to consciously direct our attention in order to expand our consciousness. The connection between inside and outside, between stillness and movement is essential for our lives.

5 p.m. Welcome to stillness and entering into peace
7 p.m. Dinner together
8 o'clock Meditation: The flow of breath - the flow of life
9 o'clock Breakfast
11 a.m. Activation and permeability of the body, quiet exercise to deepen the breath
12.30 p.m. Small lunch, then free time for wellness, hikes, etc.
5 p.m. Movement meditation ‘flowing circles’, meditation ‘being well anchored’
7 p.m. Dinner together
8 o'clock Meditation: ‘Enjoying the stillness of the morning’, tapping and self-massage
9 o'clock Breakfast
11 a.m. Experience the three Dantians (energy centres) in the quiet exercise
12.30 p.m. Small lunch, then free time for wellness, hikes, etc.
5 p.m. A movement poem for all the senses - meditation in movement
7 p.m. Dinner together
8 o'clock Meditation
9.15 a.m. Course conclusion, group photo

In the afternoon there is time for wellness, excursions, massages and treatments at the hotel. The exercise sessions take place at 8 am, 11 am and 5 pm. It is also possible to take part only in the morning and evening meditation sessions at 8 am and 5 pm respectively. Each session includes sitting meditation and movement exercises as a balance. All meals can be taken together.
