In this retreat, we practise being mindful of our bodies, feelings and thoughts. Gentle Somatic Yoga is a muscle relaxation technique and helps with chronic tension. The nervous system calms down. Ideal conditions for being naturally present, warm and intuitive again. Experience a journey to yourself full of surprises.

Our course management

Matthias Brun is a yoga and meditation teacher and trainer. He runs the Aware Yoga Studio and the Yoga Academy Thun. "I love to experience the happiness of the simple moment. With an alert, loving mind, I look beyond the personal dramas of life. Because in every moment there are many opportunities to experience happiness, insight and joie de vivre. We practise mindful, gentle yoga, breathing exercises and meditation. In doing so, we embark on a journey full of aha experiences, insights and a new lightness of being."

Day 1

8 o'clock Gentle yoga / breathing exercises
9.30 a.m. Breakfast
11 a.m. Mindfulness basics
12.30 p.m. Small lunch, then free time for wellness, hikes etc.
5 p.m. Gentle Somatic Yoga and Meditation
7 p.m. Dinner together

Day 2 and 3

8 o'clock Gentle yoga / breathing exercises
9.30 a.m. Breakfast
11 a.m. Optional: Flow state and freedom of emotions
12.30 p.m. Small lunch, then free time for wellness, hikes etc.
5 p.m. Gentle Somatic Yoga and Meditation
7 p.m. Dinner together

Departure day

8 o'clock Gentle flow
9.15 a.m. Course conclusion, group photo
9.30 a.m. Breakfast

Notes

It is also possible to attend only the morning and evening lessons at 8 am and 5 pm respectively. All meals can be taken together if desired. In the afternoon there is time for wellness, excursions, massages and treatments at the hotel.
