As a yoga teacher and freediver, he combines breathwork with body awareness and energy flow – for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

Contents and times may vary. A breathwork session lasts 60 to 90 minutes. You will receive the exact programme at the beginning of the retreat or in advance upon request. Explanations will follow at the beginning of the retreat.

Breathing techniques such as connected breathing create a deep connection to the body, mind and emotions. The practice takes place in a group setting and is accompanied by music.
