Good to know

    1. Can I use the spa before check in and/or after check out?
      You are most welcome to use our Wellness and Spa area even before checking in (rooms are available from 4 pm) and after checking out (11 am).
    2. Do Hotel guests need to register to use the Wellness area?
      You may use the Wellness infrastructure without registering. Our salt-water pool is open from 8 am to 9 pm. Our “Classic” sauna area awaits you from 2 pm to 9.30 pm, the “Bamboo” sauna area from 10 am to 7.30 pm (October to April) and from 12 to 7.30 pm (May to September)).
    3. Is it possible to rent the spa exclusively for private use?
      Our Wellness and Spa area is open to all Hotel guests and cannot be rented out exclusively.
    4. Is there a minimum age for the Spa park? Can a teenager enter the spa area accompanied by an adult?
      The sauna park with steam baths is a naked zone. Children between 16 and 18 years may only use the sauna area when accompanied by an adult.
    5. Are children allowed in the pool?
      You are welcome to use our sports pool and saltwater pool with your children. As children’s skin can be sensitive to salt water, caution is recommended for children under 6 years of age.
    6. Does the Hotel provide bathrobes and Wellness slippers?
      Each time you visit you will receive our practical bathing bag including a sauna towel, bathrobe and Wellness slippers for a relaxed stay.
    7. Is there a women-only area?
      There are four different saunas and steam baths with different refreshment stations available exclusively for 2 hours per week (Sundays and Thursdays from 12 to 2 pm, October to April).
    8. Is the outside salt-water pool also open in winter?
      Our salt-water pool has an average temperature of around 35 °C. This means that you can of course relax in the wonderfully warm salt water with a view of the Niesen in winter as wel.
