Our sushi chef Luca Visconti will be preparing these Japanese classics for you with flair from 1st December 2023 until the 2nd March 2024.
Following a two-month course in Tokyo, he was awarded the bronze “Certificate of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fishing of Japan for Japanese Cuisine”. The award is only given to chefs from outside Japan if they can demonstrate a high level of mastery of Japanese cuisine. After a series of placements in famous Japanese sushi restaurants, including Michelin Star recipient “Hakkoku” in Ginza, Tokyo, he took his knowledge and skills back to Milan. Since then he has surprised his guests with a rich variety of sushi, with his own touch. An extraordinary gastronomic experience awaits you, with a lot of fresh fish, nourishing rice and the magic of the far east.
