In the Wellness & Spa Hotel Beatus you can choose from three different gymnastic lessons every day to maintain or improve your mobility. You will also experience how you can give your body the necessary movement in everyday life. Sustainability is certainly not an empty word for us regarding fitness and your needs are of great concern to our wellness representatives.
Bodyforming
Help to shape your body into an athletic figure. Different aids such as Theraband, gym ball and light weights help to gently activate the different muscle groups in your body.
Relaxation gymnastics
The best form of relaxation after a demanding day. At 5pm respectively, our Wellness Representatives invite you to our gentle, relaxing gymnastics. At times, the use of aids such as the Theraband, gym balls are also included.Pelvic floor gymnastics
Preventative exercises to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. This is helpful for slight incontinence and can reduce backache in the lumbar region of the spine.
Water gymnastics
Start your holiday with 15 minutes of gymnastics in the warm water that is easy on the joints and use the resistance and buoyancy of the water to improve your fitness. Water gymnastics sessions are held every morning at 8.30am in the indoor swimming pool.
