A light and market-fresh Swiss cuisine with a Mediterranean influence is the order of the day at the Wellness- & Spa-Hotel Beatus. Particular attention is paid to the seasonal nature of the products. Dirk Holtkamp is responsible for the quality of the cuisine. He loves his job, but sees it as more of a vocation in the responsibility of maintaining the health of his guests. Preference is give to regional products and with Lake Thun right in front of the hotel this means easy access to local fish. His freshly caught whitefish are a first-class delicacy.
